Eric Kruse – CEO / President

Eric grew up in the oil construction industry and served in the United States Marine Corps. He is currently a reservist with the Marine Corps Reserves. Eric enjoys spending time with his family, serving his clients needs, and enjoying a good book and cigar.

Jeff Orr – Vice President of Operations

Jeff has a broad range of experience. Jeff served in the United States Navy. Jeff was an inspector before becoming the General Manager for Spyglass. In his free time Jeff enjoys working on cars, spending time on his boat, and time with his family.

Rick McTheny –

Business development Manager

Rick has vast experience in storage tank design, construction, and maintenance. Rick has over 30 years of construction experience, 28 of those years as a boilermaker. Rick served in the US Army as an infantryman. Rick is a family man, Masonic member, and is very active in the local community volunteering his time for many charities.

Cortland TEague –

QuALITY & Recruiting Manager

Cortland Teague is our quality and recruiting manager at Spyglass Solutions LLC. He has over 14 years of experience in inspection, engineering, and consulting services for various energy companies and projects. He holds certifications in API 653, CWI, and NACE 1.
